    We have a paint pod and you can only use that certain paint to go into the pod, although stiill dulux make.;)

    Egg have sent me a cheque for refund of ppi but they have not given contractual interest I called and they said since 2005 they stopped charging interest on PPI does anyone know if this is the case? I don't have any paperwork to check.

    Hi weechicken i might be wrong on this but i think it's simple interest at 8% don't think they use the contractual interest any more but they would have charged you interest on premiums if they did'nt it would be a first.

  • Advice required please.

    I'm having trouble with MBNA. I asked them for T&C's on my accounts, they requested £1 for each account, i sent them £2 and they sent the terms for one account. I wrote to them again requesting the information for the second and they asked for another £1 despite the first cheque being cashed for both. I've sent a complaint to the head of Virgin money and have not had a reply. To compound my annoyance I sent a letter getting my girlfriends T&C's and enclosed a £1 cheque, they replied saying payment wasn't enclosed and to send a cheque for £1!!! This cheque however has not been cashed but was definitely sent. Who can I complain to about all this nonsense? Complaining to them appears to have no effect, what about the FSA/FOS?
