  • They have emailed me back from customer.care.insurance@lloydstsb.co.uk saying this email address is for home insurance only and cannot help me :(

    Emailed them back asking for the correct one for Halifax and they replied as follows:

    "Unfortunately they do not have external email address or respond to any issues via email"

    Liars.......:eek:

    hi there
    I first read about this website in April this year and, I downloaded the template letters and sent them off to RBS for 5 loans in May this year and have been given a refund (goodwill gesture) of £12,000 which will be paid in to my partners account in 28 working days so a big thankyou to everyone involved.
    its just a shame that I have to wait another 28 working days to be able to spend it.

    Nice one well done:T:T:T:T:):):):money::money::money::money::j:j:j:j:beer::beer::beer::D:D:cool::cool::cool:

  • Afternoon Lovely Forumites,

    Just looking for some information. I have had a claim against Egg sitting with the FOS since August 2010. My claim was passed to an adjudicator in early July 2011. He has called me to ask a few questions etc and told me that he is finding it hard to make a decision as Egg have no recording of the telephone conversation that I had with them when I told the sales person that I do not require PPI because I am entitled to full sick pay, reduncy and notice pay. It's not even a large amount that I'm claiming for.

    What are the timescales for adjudicators making a decision? This particular chap isn't the brightest spark in the book either. Seems to look through a handbook when answering any questions.
