    Hi all
I just started reclaiming PPI with Lloyds TSB on my Credit Card. I filled out the PPI reclaim form as instructed on MSE but on calling the bank to kick off my claim they told me they would take my details themselves down the phone.
The guy on the phone only got as far as asking the reason for my complaint (salesperson stated taking out the policy would assist in my application/ did not give full information about what the policy would and wouldn't cover). They briefly asked if I'd had other jobs since and I told them I had several.
The callcentre guy told me I didn't need to send them my version of the form. He then told me they'd confirm they would be looking into it by post in the next 7 days.
Does this sound like a fob off to avoid getting into the nitty gritty detail of my case or should I wait and see what happens? As yet they don't have my full employment history or any specific details.
  • hi Cappo i have just sent a very strongley worded email to the CEO, fingers crossed i recieve an response sooner rather than later. ( still waiting for my phonecall back from the person who assured me last week but ahhhh he not rang yet !!!!
