Advice required please.
have just phoned barclays regarding ppi claim (went in on 27/05/11) to be told that it is at the calculation stage. Does this mean it has been upheld? the lady on the phone couldn't tell me that it had she just said it was with calculations & everything will be in their next letter to me.????0 -

How good is this guys we have all this trouble getting our own money back from these banks and we are still giving them subsidies

I have been trying to contact lloydstsb since 4 days now and every time it goes to te music on hold. I have received a final response on 24th august and a duplicate 2 days after. I am spending 30 minutes everyday without anyone answering. Do you have the same problem, the final response form, I signed it and contacted them saying this will be on the condition that all my ppi. Totalise all payments plus interest. We are now mid September and no response from them. Any advice.

ty cappo but still not convinced.....she said it at calculation but when i asked if it had been upheld she said it was with calculations & that they still to confirm that.....a bit confused & will have to wait for the letter i suppose....then i will believe it.lol.0

Think I might have to try ringing them tomorrow, my claim went in on 10/05/11 and I've heard nothing from them yet0 -

HSBC has upheld my two loans, can someone help me with calculations of my expected payout: Both were single premium loans added to pay for the ppi up front.

Partner just had a claim upheld from Barclaycard and details of payment. It's a LOT more than we expected but does cover a period of about 15 years. Do Barclays make mistakes on PPI payments?0
