    We have claimed for 4 loans that we know of since 2004. However, her indoors had at least 3 other financial commitments, i.e, credit cards and a flexi loan that they may have included, so we could be on for 7 as well!

    I'm ok darling, my friend finally closed his eyes last night, so a bit of a surreal day for me :o. Hope these wins dont take too long cappo :)xx

  • Got my letter!!!!!!

    They have offered to clear our outstanding loan of £1598.62, and give us £3321.38 in cash!

    Thats a total of: £4920!!!!!

    What a result! And all it took was 1 hand written letter 13 months ago!

    Now to await payment!

    no i only had my upholds last week so i'm going to be waiting until the end of september for the calculations now and then probably another month for the money it should al be sorted by christmas hopefully.:)
