    i used to live not far from there - in ormesby st margaret, and also winterton at one point. parents live in belton still but im a west country girl now!

    Spoke to RBS yesterday and they confirmed that they are on track to send out all letters by 31st August. If your claim has been upheld you will have to then sign the letter and return it to them. It will then take them EIGHT to TWELVE weeks to get the money to you. What on earth is difficult about electronic transfers. I'm sure if I owed them money then they would not wait that long. I'm sure they will lose loads of customers after this.
