    People have claimed for mis sell of ppi on this site,me included ,from the 90s so no, it does not mean you cannot claim.

    No, i claimed from a loan over 16 years ago the statute of limitations doesn't really apply

    Been busy doing some further submissions for the ombudsman, it will take a while for my case to be passed on to them but they have given me more time to forward any further info that may help with my case, almost there.;)

    Oh well LTSB's 40 days expire on 21st (sunday) so if the sar doesn't arrive by the monday at the latest it'll be time for the ico to be called maybe they'll move for them.

    Did anyone see the announcement by MBNA yesterday that they are closing their UK credit card business and pulling out of the UK & Ireland market altogether ?

    Must be down to all of these PPI claims they're about to uphold !!!!
    Its amazing how these banks can't even do simple calculations correctly..............
