I agree for going large you only get a few extra chips, which I can easily steal from the wife anyway, and a little bit more soda, which again I always get from the wife as she can never drink a whole.
Yeah I'm completely up for this!! hehehe
Plus Mary, I'm a bloke and my mrs' head is bursting with ppi as well, like you one of the claims is in her name for Clydesdale Bank but i've done all the leg work, I only gave her the letters to sign, I have now been emailing too and pp my name on the emails too, lol.
You've done all the leg work smitchy but your missus will spend all the money lol0 -
I never got an answer from Lloyds, just stalling tactics.
They sent me a leaflet and a couple of letters saying they had 8 weeks and then another letter saying they had an extra 8 weeks, and then nothing. The leaflet stated that if I wanted to appeal against their final response or if I failed to get a final response then I should contact FOS.
I feel like I've been set up, like they had no intention of doing anything and letting the FOS do all the leg work. Don't they realise the longer these claims get dragged out the more interest they'll have to pay.
yep, and here's the big but mich,:D there hoping people will get so fed up with it,they'll just drop the claim and unfortunately they'd be right as i'd say 75% of people do, not us though, united we stand but in this case we will not be falling.0 -
hi guys, i notice a lot of people complaining about the length of time your claims are with the f.o.s. The truer figures are now running at 2 year from the time f.o.s. recieve your first papers.
All the letters or mails will not make things any faster so settle down for the long haul0 -
Hi Daniel
Sorry, missed your post here.
I would write back about this then, and question them on why they have those details but not the other, and if they have no paperwork, ask if they can consider a reasonable offer anyway if this is the case.
Yes do go for the other ones, many have been successful in making reclaims as from the 90's accounts and even earlier, let them know you've only recently became aware of the PPI mis selling, good luck.:)
Thanks for the advice. As said I have rang and complained so see what happens. If they come and say no claim then will take it further. I really didn't think I would have PPI so amazed when did which would indicate it was mis sold.
Thanks,
Daniel0 -
