    unlikely but it could be,i had one assessed and paid out within 3 weeks must be an alltime record for Lloyds,good luck

    My letter was.......

    Update letter saying they will have answer by 31st August.

    I got myself all excited. O well more waiting. :(:(

    Received letter today saying (in plain English !!!) that we will receive all the compensation due back to us and also that our loan will be reduced by appx £100 per month.

    Just looked at my online bank account and the money is already in there !!!
    £6,544.46 !!!! ... woo hoo !!! :j

    Once again thanks for all your advice :kisses:



    P.s ... just had more great news today ... they have also paid back this months payment on the old loan ... £371.03 in the bank today !!! :T


    Woo Hoo ... feel like we've won the lottery ... no more worries on credit card payments ever again !!! :j:j:j

    It is with Halifax.

    We originally sent the letter in October 2010 ... has taken until now to get anywhere ... but, it has sooooo been worth the wait !!! :beer:
