Lol. I would love to write that Cappo but don't think that will encourage them to deal with my complaints straight away. :D

8 Weeks is a long time to wait for your own money what is rightfully owed to you, have you tried telling them that you require the money for as soon as possible for personal reasons?
Not saying it will get them to budge but anything is worth a try.

To be honest I nagged and nagged a few times a week :o, but it done the trick, keep on and on at them I would. x;)

I will give it a go and email him again then. I don't feel so bad now as thought I must be the only person to email the CEO on a weekly basis! Lol :) Do you just write the same thing everytime?

Yes I could try that with Black Horse but if I get anyone like the man I spoke to yesterday, I won't be holding my breath! He was so unhelpful, I could barely hear him and he just sounded like he couldn't care less and didn't want to be there!!

Lol yes more or less, sometime added extra info, and your certainly not alone in emailing them, the CEO are there to contact and if any problems, so as a customer you have the right to do this. ;)

It's true what you say Cappo and it's exactly what I really want to say to them but don't think it will get me anywhere. Mind you, you never know! :)

Hi there, is it possible they have another account for you?, just a thought, with it being a different ref number.
If not, then give them a ring and ask when you will get your refund as you sent the acceptance back.

If you get no joy with this, then send a letter (or phone) and say you had axa and if you had wanted ppi, you would have taken it when you took the card out, if this was added after a telephone conversation then you would like them to send you a copy of the recording saying you wanted ppi, if they cannot provide this you want the ppi refunding back to you.

Welcome to mse, these guys (cap1) seem to do this sort of thing all the time, firstly did you get your acceptance forms back on time and send by recorded delivery? If so you can prove that they got your documents back by the deadline, also if they talked to you on the phone it then becomes an advised sale and theres lots of things they should have told you about namely, t&c's, medical exclusions ,being self employed etc i think capital 1 are caught bang to rights, contact them and tell them that your form was returned on time you should have the paperwork to prove it was delivered on time and you expect them to comply with there earlier ruling or you will contact the fsa, i think with all the problems we've had with this lender we all need to maybe sign some sort of petition.

Maybe we should start petitions against ALL the banks as they are ALL messing people about... it's not just cap1 at it!
