Still no response from RBS from E-mail sent to Mr Hester on Tuesday. Sent it again yesterday asking for acknowledgement. Will fire it again tomorrow morning. Just going to be an irritant from now on. My wife said I should be good at this.0

None of them seem exactly forthcoming do they,i think the notion of them just getting on with the cases now they've decided not to appeal has been dispelled0 -

I'm just of the phone to them ,they are dealing with claims in date order and are currently tackling the June complaints. She said they were doing them as fast as they can but it would be a good while yet before my case would be dealt with (October)0 -

Same as myself. I rang them Friday and then said they had yet to start dealing with claims on hold as they were tying up legal loose ends. They claimed they would start in the next fortnight. I made a point that they sent a letter to me dated 11th May that they were now reviewing my case. This was apparently sent in error. Useless!:mad:0 -

As someone said on LB they are earning interest off it - and then if they make their goodwill gesture they will not offer 8% interest.0 -

I wrote to Stephen Hester, the man is a fool ignoring customers.
I have charged the RBS with fraud regarding the PPI.
Today I have received a letter from a Maxine Doherty who claims to be a Senior Case Manager. She says
" However, as you are unable to provide any additional information for me to take into account, I am unable to change my previous decision"
That decision like most of us was NO.
WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMAION DOES THIS WOMAN WANT TO KNOW ??
RBS ARE STILL FOBBING PEOPLE OFF AND THIS IS A NEW WHEEZE
Mr Hester,
What more do you want to know ????
1: You misold a PPI to me
2: Your staff lied to me
3: The RBS have committed fraud
4: You stole my money
I am writing again to Hester as this is now becoming a joke. This time I will be writing to the FSA and the FOB with a severe complaint about this latest fob off. I require to know if this going to be the latest devious method .......

The company you used should have explained it more to you if you thought it was complicated.0
