    Your most welcome.:A

Yes this can still be reclaimed, and the way I also look at it, the ppi is still added to the loans, and its worthless to her now too, so when making the reclaim, and if successful, what may happen is they will possibly use the amount to reduce the debt/arrears and anything remaining plus interest should be forwarded directly to her by cheque.
(when on DMP), the ppi is still added onto the loan, but as stated its worthless because now she is not going to be able to make a successful claim on this for eg, sickness/unemployment, so this can actually get cancelled anytime as well because normally we suggest not to cancel until resolved but it makes no difference whilst under a DMP). So basically the debt should be reduced when the ppi is removed.

I went into difficulties some short years ago and the one loan fell behind, they awarded the amount towards the debt and then from what I can recall I received the interest by cheque payment.

You still pursue the ones who sold her the loan/ppi.;)

Aww thank you :D and you are very welcome ;)

If there are reasons for mis sell then put a claim in, just to let you know though, any "win" will go to the DMP, but that is good because it will means she will owe less :j

Not a problem then, my recent one as you know were upheld by Lloyds, and they go back to about that time, do there shouldn't be a problem.
Also check on Lloyds Website, the procedures of making a reclaim, direct on their website, address and so on, good luck.
