They are not allowed to do it and as far as I know the FSA and FOS would help you if they try to do this.

The adjudicator told me about a month is a reasonable amount of time, any problem she said she will chase them up.

I am unable to get on MSN again Max, its tempting me to download again , maybe a glitch but will check again later.;)

Di - is it ttrue you've had some success then?! Brilliant stuff! Been off for a few days trying to sell my flat so not been up to speed with things of late.

Still nothing from the FOS. I'm due to move at the end of June so I wonder if my case will be settled by then?! :rolleyes:

I do hope your case will be settled well by June, the money will certainly come in handy for you.

I hear that more adjudicators have been taken on, so maybe cases will be moved on far quicker, mind you going by the success thread since last week, there have been much success through the FOS, so it could well be that complaints are getting sorted out quicker, fingers crossed.
