Hello i have just got back my two previous loan agreements from Yorkshire bank.

for one the loan ppi £3169.87 and says total repayable £3746.57

the other loan ppi is £2986.95 and total to pay £3683.01

would i be right in asking for a total of £7249 back as im guessing interest was already calculated.?
    Thanks in advance
Hi there, are the loans still running, settled early or ran term?.What was the monthly ppi amount on each loan?.Also, you dont need to tell them what you want back as they calculate this if you win.

Did you settle the other one early?. Regards the one that is running, you will get the ppi monthly payment back for the months that you paid this with the interest, you do not get the ppi back for the months remaining, as you have not yet paid this, if you win mis sell, then the total ppi amount will be taken off your loan and your monthly payment will go down by the monthly ppi amount.

If the second loan was taken out to repay the first, then you would have had a small rebate of ppi, but the rest of the old ppi will still be on your new loan. If you win mis sell with this first loan, then as i said before, you get the ppi monthly amounts back that you paid to the settled date, the ppi that was carried over to the new loan you will get back less the rebate they gave you for settling early. Hope this helps.

  • Cheque in the post this morning for Debenham's store card PPI plus interest and loss of cash payment - total £560-75. Brilliant. I sent out 10 letters and first two have either made an offer or settlement. Have asked HFC to reconsider their offer. Not a bad return for a few stamps.
