Just to update you I sent a letter off to MBNA after you kindly gave me their address. I received a letter this morning saying they are investigating my complaint and will get back to me in 28days. This sounds strange unlike barclays who wanted £10 for the information I requested. Will let you know how its goes. Once again thanks for you help.

Hi all

I received letter from MBNA with the cost of PPI. In response, there is nothing to repay the money or the lack thereof

The time has come to the second letter of Requests to refund insurance.

300 pounds is not on the street, plus interest

Just a quick question. Is it best to write to branch or head office when requesting information. If it is head office does anyone know the address for the Royal Bank of Scotland please?

I know what you mean, the other addresses- head office-confusing. This one came up most frequently.
