Hi all, this is my first post. I made a claim last year against Tesco for PPI insurance that never covered me for being out of work. They offered me just over £1300, which i accepted.
What i need to know is, now they have accepted they were in the wrong, do i have any come back regarding my credit report with this loan. My credit report shows that the last 6 months of the loan i had late payments, this was due to me being out of work and being unable to make my payments on time.
I didn't make the payments on time because i couldn't afford the full amount (including the PPI cover) and now this has affected my credit rating. Do i have any comeback regarding this?
Any advice would be greatly apprieciated0 -
