Can anybody tell me what to do next.
I put a claim in for Bank Charges over 2 and half years ago and recently received a letter from Natwest saying that the supreme court has ruled in their favour and they will not be taking my query any further.
Can i take it anywhere, such as the ombudsman or elsewhere to try and get my charges back as its ridiculous to think that its just stopped and i dont understand the details on Martins page, it just dosnt answer my question as to where to go next or where to write ?
Hi and welcome
Sorry to hear this.
I would post about this on the reclaiming Bank charges thread where I'm sure someone will be able to help and advise, good luck, thread here:

Then yesterday out of the blue I get another call from another solisitors "Legal" they called them selves even said I could look them up on the net giving me a number to use to look them up, which is probably a set up anyway this time they only wanted £99 pounds so I said you tell me if the money is mine and its definitly there why do I have to pay, in the end my hubby told him where to go anyone else had this Julie.B
Hi there and welcome.
I see your from Wales, me too, South East Wales.
I note you have gone through your reclaiming with a solicitor, I would in your case if you can post a separate thread where someone will be able to help who have been in the same position as yourself.
I'm sure someone will have some information/advice for you.
Hope this gets sorted soon though, fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi Guys, I have sent an acceptance form from Central Capital for £4700 for mis-sold PPI. Does anybody know how much time they have to pay the money into my account. The claim against them has been going on for over 18 months now. Advice would be appreciated.0

Has anyone got anything back from GE Money for in excess of the 6 year claim period? Mine fell just outside of it and they refused to look at it saying it would take too much time. Funny, when I asked for a copy of the loan document it only took 5 days to return it. Now with FSA as I believe FOS won't deal with this because GE were not part of their scheme at the time.:mad:0

Hi Mark
In your case find out who the insurer was on this, then pursue this through them instead.
Many of us have been caught out this way due to the same reasons as yourself, even the FOS are suggesting for people to go this direction now in also trying to make these responsible.
Even if they come back and say no, the FOS will consider investigating this for you.
So its not exactly the end of the road yet.
If you don't know who the insurer is then write to either the lender or broker and ask them to post you the policy details, the insurer details should be enclosed in them.
Good luck keep at them.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
