The observation went well so that is a good thing. I still have to mark everything in sight but I am getting through it slowly but surely. My boss is under a great deal of pressure and to be honest it takes the heat off me for a bit.
that sounds so mean. but you know what I slept for four hours last night and was terrified all morning. so you know it all balances out.
I can't pay anything till I get my new cash card and equally I can't buy anything ( I did my lunch shopping today 11.93)
I have a foul back ache and had some other good news but can't remember it now!
will be back tomorrow

So its a week later and the fab lesson of last week is simply that. Now I have a new observation tomorrow - I do know what I am doing and can manage that. Its just the class can be difficult. Not always but they can be.
and I have loads of other books to mark today.
On the money front I made 140 payment on my CC but I have had no cash card so couldn't do much else. Had to borrow 40 quid from my regular cc which is annoying but I had to get to work.
Cash card is here so I will do some paying back later today. Still might be able to make it to below 15,000 if I am really careful.

Hey Buffy
You can handle the kids - just be your great self!! You know you are a good teacher - yes kids can be difficult but you can handle that.
Sub-£15K - that's great!!!!! It'll be such a psychological achievement. Hope you make it this month (fingers crossed!).
I had my first success on ebay this week - am feeling quite pleased with myself - didn't make a huge amount but I managed to overcome my fear of Ebay!
Good luck with the marking.

Hi Buffy, I posted a message yesterday, but it doesn't seem to have stuck.
Just wondered how the most recent observation thing went and if you still haven't punched your boss out.
Hope you're doing okay.
