Hi everyone! How jealous am I of those of you who didn't have to go to work today?!
Anyway, todays list:
- post here to keep me on track
- free scratchcard - 10p
- NSD :T (was tempted by the new Bruce Springsteen cd which is only £4.99 from Bang cd plus 10% Quidco plus I have a £1 discount code) but decided to wait until tomorrow as I have to go to Asda anyway, therefore giving me another nsd for my nsd challenge
- free lunch at work
- storecuboard tea
- emailed guy on freecycle about collecting a mobile phone he's offered me
- quidco clicks
- enter at least 10 comps
- still sitting with coat on since I got in from work rather than turn heating up (it's already on 20 'c though!)
- check freebies board (try and avoid grabbit board so as not to spoil my nsd!)
think that's about it for today - have a good evening, all

wow, lots of busy days!!
Hugs to those caught up by the problems left by snow. I managed to take the car out but luckily I was on a half day so went in this afternoon after some of the roads had been cleared. Also took the pup to work today so never got a thing done as she she was oooohed and aaaaaahed over. Going to have to go in tomorrow for a few hours to make up for it.
Expensive day as had to get a check up at the vet cause when we brought her home she had blood in her poo. Luckily it seems to be a virus which has now cleared up. Still, cost me £30.
- kept shopping bill low
- moved some money around so can pay car tax ( am a bit late!!)
- checked online banking
- scratched (10p)
and thats bout me.
oh, here is a pic from the weekend of the pup meeting the cat for the first time LOL

Hi, we have more snow down here than I've seen in years,:j although I haven't had to worry about driving in it as my car's been too cold to start. It's probably pretty pathetic compared to most places though. I'm hoping school will be shut tomorrow so I can 'work from home'.:D
1) Scratchie x 10p
2) Online survey
3) Yet more homemade soup
4)DD having dinner at my Mum's ( she lives near to B's school so B is having a sleepover to avoid walking too far in the cold and snow.)
5)Went to Waterstones, didn't buy anything and went to library instead.
6) Got some great clearance bargains in Boots, including some tapes for our camcorder that were dirt cheap.
7) Bought a lovely but inexpensive bday pressie for one of T's little friends.
Not DFW
1) Bought a top in Monsoon. Shhh! But it did have 70% off.
My thanks button doesn't seem to be working when I try and thank people, is that something that often happens?
I'm on the laptop rather than the PC. 0 -
Can't believe how long this thread is today:eek: .
Went to the gym earlier for my swim etc and while I was in there it rained hard and most of our snow was washed away, more forecast for tonight though.
Tallie - sorry you have started with the lurgy, hope you feel better soon.
Angelflower - your puppy is so cute:D , feeling very left out here as everyone has got a dog to cuddle up to except me:rolleyes:
