Well I set off for work... got as far as the end of the village and then turned round and came back, too many nutters on the roads! Besides the LA decided to close all the schools, our council have run out of grit and the roads are horrendous, might go back to bed, or I could do some cleaning....I think bed wins!
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

enjoy your snow day, everyone who has one.

we've had no more snow so I have to go in :( am going for the 9am train as the previous one was running short. Need to dry my hair, clean my teeth and get out in 10 mins as i think will take longer than usual again to walk to the station.

    Catch you all tonight :)

ok maybe a silly question: but how do you clean outside windows upstairs?!?!

Get a window cleaner! ;) Or sit on the window sill and lean out...

soappie - yes, I am snowed in! The main road is closed in one direction, and the motorway in the other, so there's no way I'm going out... so I've now got to turn all my meetings into teleconferences

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Photogenic I've been Money Tipped!
Thanks for the info so far... It is soooo confusing. I was told I would be better off going to a traditional uni as I would end up with more money, but the idea of ending up in even more debt even if I don't have to repay it for a while does not sit easy with me. I wanted to be debt free, not take on more. :( Oh well. These things are sent to try us and I'm sure with all the great advice I know I'll get on here I'll make the best decision. Keep it coming please...:D

    My plan for today :
    • Placement
    • Catch up with some housework (dishes, S&S bathroom, S&S kitchen, Laundry if DD has an own clothes day tomorrow ~ its on the teachers calander but we've not had any letters about it sent home yet   )
    • Collapse into bed as I'm not sleeping again
Right, best get a move on.
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
