    Hiya
Cazzie - so sorry to hear about your friend. Before I had my children I had a miscarriage and every christmas she buys a light on a christmas tree in our local town. We get a cardboard bauble with the babies name on and it's very special to us. The money goes to a local hospice. It might be worth looking out for something like that.

Frodders - sorry to hear your arm still isn't fully healed but good news you don't need the plates out.

I've decluttered a fat block by putting it out for the birds. I've also s/s the kitchen. It's threatening to snow again here.

Supposed i'd better go and empty the washing machine and fill it again, oh joy!!:rotfl:

Thanks for all your suggestions re-vacuum cleaner. I'm going to get him to look at it as soon as he gets in. The silly thing is he does have a small cylinder one that he uses in the garage and car so could have used that.
If he can't get it working then, I do have a small one upstairs that I can get him to bring down for me.
Its time now for a mug of hot chocolate....all this snow is making me feel cold!!
We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

Cazzie I'm so sorry to hear of your friends baby Chloe, I have no words of advise but the fact you asked us for help shows how much you care and I'm sure that in itself will be so much to your friend

Gertie sorry to hear about your hubbie and hope he is fine now

Soappie floor (and pooch) are great - I've missed something - did you lay the tiles yourself aswell as grout them?

Big two have gone back out sledging but I've refused to go back out, it has been snowing here for about 3 hours now, light flakes but it really is snow on snow on snow here.

All I've done so far today is hang up wet clothes!

Going to make a cuppa and then work on the family room which is this week's declutter zone and also with people being off work I think all my ebay sales from yesterday have been paid so I can remove some of that from the family room floor too!

Cazzie- So sorry for your friends lost. I always find that this is a beautiful verse for such a difficult occasion.
An angel opened the book of life
and wrote down my baby's birth.
Then she whispered as she closed the book
    "too beautiful for earth".
