carlsberggal - you need to put it into photobucket first, join for free at www.photobucket.com then upload your photo, make sure you upload it to as a 'forum' size, I go for small or medium as Tiny makes an avatar sized one. Click on the picture you want and copy the IMG code - looks like this:

    [IMG][/img]http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w200/georgewashing.jpg

Paste it in your reply box - it will show on screen as IMG code until you press send.

    georgewashing.jpg

Then it will show as a picture once you have posted it on the forum.

Hmm, I really must put the washing away before 'George Don't Do That' finds it.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww hex i'm in love again.....I love piccies of people's animals. Soappie your dog is gorgeous too (as are your tiles of course!!). I spent 40 minutes this morning stroking our pud...every time I stopped she yelled at me and I don't know how long she has so she's in control. Mind you, it was no hardship - she was on the bed and I was in it :rotfl: .

I've put another washing load on and sorted out all the underwear. I had 7 odd socks before and now I have 11!!!! Do they breed!

DH is picking up the children and taking sledges to pull them home, they have their uses:rotfl: :rotfl: xx

Viv - not difficult at all really - just tiring and time consuming getting them just so.
    Mozzy - nice pic!
Welcome Jackieshizz - can't help with the paint problam ...
Dusty - yes, all my own work! Got one of my mad ideas last Friday and actioned it with usual speed. It's all on last week's thread.

Oh - and the cost? Apart from three days backbreaking work, of the grout, tiles and glue came out at a snip at £174.02 - the tiles were on offer at half price! I think that's very MSE myself.

Have done the shopping, now need to wash that floor again then start putting things back in the kitchen. Looking at the forecast and warnings for tonight, I very much doubt I'll even attempt to get into work tomorrow. We still have snow and it's set to freeze. My 20 mile journey across country would not be pleasant!

    But, back to that kitchen..

I'm in - was up early this morning - three cats complaining loudly about the masses of cold white stuff! DH swept his car off and drove to the factory - our production manager and his Number 2 had made it but the other 10 hadn't, so they had a brief staff meeting and shut up shop. Production Mgr had phoned round our customers and most were in the same position.
So.......DH came back, we loaded up the car and went to the recycling bins with over a month's worth of bottles/cans/etc. Popped into Mr S. to get milk and eggs and then home.
Did the first part of my list - living room all done and tidy! Cut up Seville oranges all ready to turn into (hopefully) yummy marmalade and then went for a walk (perhaps slide would have been a better word) into town to the library - if it freezes tonight, the pavements are going to be LETHAL!!! Had hoped to find a hairdresser open but they must all have had the same problems getting into work. It is snowing again now - REALLY hope we're working tomorrow - we desperately need the income.

Will go back and read the rest of the pages here but did catch Cazzie's post about baby Chloe - so sorry for your friend, Cazzie. I too have no wise words other than to be there for her, whether she needs to talk or cry, with hugs.

    Keep warm and safe, everyone!

We now have about a foot of snow here and it's still snowing!! :snow_laug :snow_grin I just saw a man skiing outside!!

Well I've done all the work I plan to, cancelled tomorrow's walks and will decide tomorrow about Wednesdays one. have done more work than my boss i think - she doesn't even have her phone on and seemed irritated when i called her!

DH and I popped out to meet a friend of his for coffee, ended up in M&S as our usual haunt was shut. Lots of shops shut down our high street.my chicken soup was absolutely gorgeous, we're having leftover roast and veggies tonight as it's nice and easy and don't fancy the trout i'd planned

carlsberggal - i posted wedding pics on here I'm sure it's fine for you to too!
soappie - well done, what a great weekend's work and really very reasonable. And the best thing is every time you look at it you'll know it was all your own work :T

some flying done but am going to revise my list as DH says he'll do the stairs at the weekend - he doesn't like me doing the stairs since I fell down them! Am also going to cook the mince in the fridge for spag bol later in the week.
