Dannyem - welcome to the thread. I'm glad we give the impression of being organised...I for one am not!!

    Today i've managed to;
    - 2 hours walk with dogs and DD
    - cleaned porch and conservatory windows
    - cleaned floor all downstairs

Any minute now it's going to be a mad scramble to get the house sorted as kitchen nearly finished. We need to put everything back in there and tidy, tidy, tidy. Oh, I guess we'd better sort food for tonight too:rotfl: . It'll all be fine! Ladyliberty - you do get a lot more laid back after this op!! - in the past i'd have been tearing my hair out by now!!

Toots - have you done any of the list i've sent you - I have to say I haven't :rotfl: xx

I do keep trying to thank posts but it's not working xx

Well I'm sitting here half way through dying my hair at long last. Leaving it on for longer than I should cos I so want these grey bits to disappear. They make me feel old.:o

House is looking fabulous :D I've only achieved so much this week because of the unexpected snow days:o But I have to say it is a nice feeling having the weekend off. I'll make the most of it I think as they are very few and far between.

There is just a little bit of ironing to do but I'll leave that till tomorrow when the bits of washing I am doing today are dry. Somehow I've ended up with 5 loads:confused: Seeing as it was all up to date yesterday I have no idea how it's happened.

I'm probably going to sign off for the day now. I plan to potter gently if I feel like it, read my book if I feel like it or just fledge in front of the box if I feel like it. Oh decisions, deicisons!!!

Catch you all later maybe. If not see you all tomorrow. TTFN xx

michelle it doesn't seem like to minutes since you finished, are you planning another maternity leave as soon as the last?
rach I'm with you there, I do like the convenience sometimes of online shopping but prefer when I have time to pick my own. Hope your headache/feeling ill clears soon
froddy that made me laugh too, like my son when asked what static thought he thought they mean't caravan not electric type
    pigpen hope you're ok
juliejim nope never been, not a very well travelled person
AnW'sMum that sounds like a very sensible idea, well done little W at those huge sandwiches!
greenbee if it's not really important stay home honey, it's not worth it when it is like that
Triker we're all allowed CBA time!

:rotfl: got DS2s assessment referral notice this morning, to say his referral will be discussed at the next SICAT meeting as to if they accept the referral or not, in October 2009 :rotfl: they are saying all the time that the speed of these assessments are quicker, but 8 months before it even goes to a panel to accept/decline is just crackers! I thought it was a joke at first. Must remember to have a few words about that with people who can do something about it. I got another letter off old electric supplier stating payment overdue which shows they still haven't sorted the problem out but a phone call later the office I need to deal with is closed until Monday!

All these salt shortages our council has IMO put way too much on the roads, actually mine and many others opinion.

Defrosting freezers, hot water bottles help speed it up :)
