    Afternoon all

Carpenter here today fitting new internal doors so no flying until he's gone. Then I'll have to vacuum everywhere! I'll do a load of washing tonight too.

Hope everyone's OK, it's still snowy and icy here.

Phew!! I've just spent nearly 2 hours defrosting the freezer, mopping up the floor and making a freezer inventory. There's got to be an easier way of defrosting a freezer surely? I spent ages scraping the ice off at first, then got the hairdryer out and tried to melt it all off, but then I ended up with a huge puddle all over the floor.

How do you all do it if you don't have a frostfree freezer?
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

  • Joined you Rach 11:45 to 12:15 as I saw it when I came to report and thought I’d better fly into it.

    In HHC1 I:
    Emptied WM
Sorted a load and reloaded WM
    Did the washing up.

    In HHC2 I:
    Cleared and wiped work surfaces
    Started lunch
    Put out garbage
    Swept floor

Thanks SarahS I must find out what type he will have.

Toots works getting a little easier as its coming up to half term. Have one more parents evening next week so that’s tireing but it’s a short week (inset off in loo of twilights) so that will help. I’ve started my planning for next HT so will only have to tweak it daily. Will finish them all over HT. I have decided to have an early night on Thursdays, before midnight, so that I can be more effective on Friday and not knackered all week end. (cant get anything done by thrus anyway). I’ll see how that works. BTW my school was one of the few in the area open wed, thrs, fri and KS3 were sillybilly but KS4 were better (my 10s silly on wed only).
The work will wait for you to finish showing the LOs the rainbow, but the rainbow would not wait for you to finish the work.
