Evening all
Sooooo glad it's the weekend. Had good journeys both ways today. 4 hour meeting zapped my energy but i think it was useful. Very little else got done to be honest.
Don't expect to get much flying done tonight but will pull together a list for tomorrow. The whole place looks ok but just needs a bit of attention to make it look great! We have friends for a meal in the evening and I'm rather houseproud. Am up to date with the laundry - well, clothes at least (only one load this week!). May just do the bathroom tonight, will see how I feel...currently flopped on the sofa!
mudbath - good news about your dad
soappie - glad the journey was ok, wondered how you got on
julie- did you get my pm
greenbee - think your parcel came today, there was a red card through the door, sexy - yours came, really kind of you, thanks - will definitely be useful!
dusty - log fire sounds like just what I need!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
one hand washed?!? can't be too difficult to wash the other one now
It's the first time I've washed this... so it was quite grubby (not from me, from manufacturing/transport etc I suppose), and it seems to be taking ages to rinse properly. I might give up soon, as its not looking too bad... it'll probably take a while to dry too
Weather forecast doesn't sound too good either...
toots - not sure that the envelopes would be any good for posting things in, as you would be able to see what's in them. They're a lovely colour though!0 -

I use the shower on cold/cool to rinse things....much easier!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
Glad the parcel arrived safely rach - I was worried with all of the snow it may have not got through.
Sorry I haven't been about for a few days. On Wednesday we woke up to no power, and they told us that it would be off for 3 hours at least. Luckily, I got a call at 8am to ask me to go to a school, so I was able to microwave my soup for my lunch after all, and could also keep busy. (wouldn't have been able to talk to you guys or do much flying otherwise). Had quite a tough day on Wednesday, so had a sore throat and headache, so just went to the supermarket on the way home instead of the gym (needed petrol and a few other bits and pieces).
Was at a school Thursday and today and went to the gym Thursday night, despite not feeling like going, so only did a short workout (20 mins).
OH has cleared all of the washing up finally today as it was his day off. The house is still looking pretty clean and tidy, so will whizz round and do the rest of the lists at the weekend. Have a sore throat again today and a rash all over my hands (from the soap in the school I was in for the last 2 days), but luckily we're going to my parents for dinner tonight so I won't have to cook. (No washing up then either).
Well I've just spent nearly 2 hours catching up on the thread and I'm freezing now (no heater in this room) so I'm going to go downstairs now and get a cup of tea and warm up by the fire with OH.
Night night all,
sexymouse xx
PS - sorry for not doing much flying, but hopefully I'll be forgiven if I get it all done at the weekend.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170 -
