Mudbath, glad your dad's appointment went well, sorry didn't send any vibes but it seems he didn't need any more!!
Dinner eaten, was OK, dishes done, washing and drying done , what else was on my list???????
(((((hugs))))) to those cold/have colds/have littlies with colds/pets with colds/and/or any other illnesses, not naming names cause my memory is like a sieve!!!
Hope the rest of you are doing well, there seems to be a lot of stars being given out, don't know how long I can keep it up, although it is very motivating to see the stars after your name,
gonna catch up on the thread/ telly now...............

Hand washing done... duvet cover ironed! Only 4 small items of ironing left in the basket now.

I've cleared a bit of my desk, but really need to dedicate a day to the study... I should take everything off the shelves/desk etc, clean the furniture and sort stuff out before putting it back/away.

Off to find some food and sit down with either a DVD or a book...

DD got her i-pod so has been hogging the PC for some considerable time.
Intrigued as the software has picked up every sound file on here (including sound effects) and was busily dropping them onto her i-pod for her...she was wailing as there are over 400 tracks on the i pod now and she was only putting a few on - so now we have to re-connect it and remove them all. She wants to put her DVDs on it.
So if anyone can tell us how to avoid this software thinking for itself...

Pleased you got good news there Mudbath!

Create a DD's Playlist and set it to only synchronise from that, then anything she wants she copies into her playlist so it doesn't pick up everything. Works for me.

Still shredding (yawn). Then I need to do some more sorting (double yawn). A valuable lesson in the need to deal with paperwork on a regular basis. Not once every five years :o .

You are all so lovely!!! Thankyou from the bottom of my heart!!!

Some sad news here....i've gone off alcohol since my operation. I've tried it a few times and just don't like the taste anymore! I went of coke last year and now alcohol...infact, my favourite drink is.......water:rotfl: .

By the way, my house is a tip....all the kitchen is all over the house whilst DH does the floor. Stop laughing!!!

    Hugs to all xx:rotfl:

Welcome to my world  . After 12 months you stop noticing :p .

SS2 has just emptied the DW, I guess I had better go and fill it again. Seriously thinking about sloping off for a bath while no one is looking.

Lol... at least mine is only like this for 24 hours (it had better be - we've got friends coming round tomorrow!!). I think the bath sounds like a very good idea....think i'll go and escape for a bit!! xx
