That's really bad service DC, hope you wont have your wedding there now. Any other venues you like?

I keep looking at my money I have aside for the wedding and thinking I should get on with it, but I need to get these debts cleared, so hopefully it'll spur me on a bit quicker.

I will not be having my reception there. We will probably turn up on the day and say we hadn't booked or something. After contacting a lot of venues yesterday we finally got another one provisionally booked. We go to see it on 4th July. I have been there before and it is really nice. They have a wedding on that date so the girl said we could see the room set up.

Hope this one provides better service for you.
  • Another £81.99 paid off the loans. All loans will be paid before we get married next year. The first one finishes in January and it is 0%.

OH and I have set ourselves a challenge for July. We are going to try and save £10 per day. It is going to be a tough challenge but if we want to have a luxury honeymoon we are going to have to save every penny.

Well done on paying some off the loan. I'm sure you can save the £10 a day, have you looked over on the £10 a day board? There are some good tips over there.
  • Yeah I did the make £10 a day challenge a few months back. I think I smashed the total the last time I did it.

OH passed his driving test today which is good news cause we will not have to fork out for lessons. Also got £9.05 credited to my account today from amazon sale last week.

well survived the visit to the outlaws for a few more months. Congrats to OH for passing his test. I've never seen how i could make £10 a day so it's one challenge i've never gotten involved in, though today at the car boot i could say i made enough to cover 9 days
