I'm done in... Going to hobble my way to bed if I can move enough to get off the sofa! Night all x
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I think I'll be going to bed alone tonight - OH is involved in some big battle in the online game he plays, apparently..

elle and Krystaltips, my flat is a complete mess which is why I have started to declutter as my only incentive is that I want to make a proper little nursery for Beanie. I also dont want my MW or the HV coming to visit and feeling ashamed about the mess. Sometimes I wish someone would empty my flat and I could just start again by putting back only the things I need. I'm a big fan of keeping bits of paper like bills and bank statements (usually unopened), just in case! Just in case has never happened yet though, so I dont know why I still do it. The other things clutter the house are unwanted gifts like xmas presents. i feel so so bad selling them or giving them away that they just stay there in the spare room. Well no more i'm afraid, I am having to close my eyes and be ruthless!!!

Sorry to butt in. :D You only need to keep the past year's worth of papers, just shred the rest. And as for unwanted gifts, either give them to a charity shop or put them on Ebay, you will be surprised how it mounts up. You need the room and the extra money for the little one on the way. Be ruthless! ;)

You're welcome - all kicks up the butt gratefully received! :p

I just worry what the MIL will say if she ever finds out I wouldn't have chosen a single one of her presents over the last two years.. :o

Better someone else get good use out of it than it just take up room, she won't know. ;)

I would definitely keep all paperwork for 5yrs or forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another good use for unwanted gifts, if they are still packaged, is re-use them for presents:money: I have done this for a few of the kiddies that my boys have attended birthday parties:p

    Morning everyone

    How is everyone feeling?

I have had a terrible stuffed up nose for the last week or two, and a sore throat on and off, which at the moment is on:(

I got the hoovering done yesterday, I must be starting nesting, as I am looking at things that have never really been high on my list of cleaning, and thinking, that it 'must' be done before the baby is here....things like the bathroom tiles, the blinds in all the rooms need dusting, Window sills need washing!!! dh thinks I've gone mad:D

Just reading back through the pages - Elle - Are you having a baby girl as all the bits and pieces you have linked to are girl orientated? Have I missed something:)

Morning Mel! i don't think anyone else is up yet, I'm only up begrudgingly :o
Elle has a feeling its a girl but doesn't know yet :)
I'm making sure I keep all the paperwork for benefits to avoid anything happening like it has for you ;)

Elle - you're best waiting for your tour before thinking about music, ours has patientline which is a tv/radio/internet/phone in one that you can buy cards for.
ones that don't have PL may let you bring in stuff that can be plugged in but will ask you to have it tested and get one of those little green stickers on it, otherwise its just battery powered stuff allowed.
FYI Charlotte Church listened to Gavin's ipod for her labour apparently he has lots of cheesey 80's stuff and power Ballards
