A good thing about postponing valentines day is you might be able to get a load of reduced stuff from the card shops... Me and hubby joked about celebrating it on the 15th Feb so we could get everything cheaper... But that was before we agreed not to bother... (Even though he went back on that!)

He's upstairs painting the woodwork now... We'll sleep well tonight considering the windows don't open lol... Hoping satin wood is slightly better on the lungs than gloss paint... It seems to of come out of the brand new curtain easy enough after a little mis-hap... lol

Did I mention my baby hawk has come? Arrived yesterday morning... Have made hubby model it a couple of times... Need to look on youtube for the best ways to tie though I think...

Sami, my little brother used to collect up woodlice when we were children, we used to get hundreds of them!

It is nice to go out without them sometimes isn't it... I always find that I'm not constantly looking for Aimee when she's not there... But when she is there and I am constantly checking where she is, what she's doing I don't even notice, it's just like 2nd nature... It's nice not to do it though!

 He'd love our house then! I think it must be having babies season or summat coz I'm killing about 5 a day at the mo after having not seen any for a few months
The only thing I know kills them is ant powder but obv can't have that around with a toddler

I'm back from a wasted (pram-wise) journey - why does noone seem to stock the SX Freeway?! Every blooming shop has three or four SX 3Ds in various colours, but noone has the Freeway! :(

We have seen a cotbed we like (Mothercare Jamestown) and talked about cot-top changing unit thingys (we prefer the soft ones from Mothercare - £20 rather than £50 for a wooden one) and cribs (still liking the magazine rack one I linked to the other day!).

Called in on the inlaws on the way home so at least I've got my visiting quota in for a few weeks :)
