I think maybe they've tried to be sympathetic Sami... think it's better than a pic of her beaming... In the circumstances...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

STS - Have you tried babycentre, they have all different groups so there is probably one on there for older mum-to-be's...
Oh Sami - I am jealous, I really want a chest of drawers out of IKEA, but we aint got no car anymore...so can't get there, the cheeky sod's want £35 to deliver....My sister did say a few of her friends go there quite often so I am hoping they go within 28 days!!!! Poor baby will just have to have it's clothes and sheets on the floor otherwise;)
I am officially counting down in days now......28 exactly yeeeehaaaaaa

I've got mine this afternoon and don't really know what's going to happen... I'm annoyed about it really, I think it's a waste of my time and theirs... and £2.40 wasted on the bus...
I don't get to see her till 34 weeks. All they said was they have to discuss things in advance - because of my weight, if I want an epidural, they'll need to plan it in advance. Obviously my back is so hugely massive, they can't even feel my spine!
About visitors - I'm not having any! Luckily I live very far away from everyone, so no-one can turn up. My Parents will come eventually, but as they both work fulltime, it won't be for a week at least, probably longer. Apart from them, and my brother who can visit after a fortnight or so, I will not have any visitors. I will visit people when I want. No-one is stepping through my front door!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

I am still not counting in days yet Mel! Have just counted on the calendar and it is 17!!
I am having strange conflicting feelings about not being pregnant anymore. Part of me is looking forward to being completely alone for the first time in a long time (say in the bath or whatever) and part of me thinks I will be very lonely without having Bubba with me 24/7 (I know I am not going to be far from him at first but he won't be inside me anymore IYSWIM).
Am I just strange??please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
