    Yes.
    It depends on your area.
here we just have to drink the lucozade then go to the blood testing dept at the hospital when the 2 hours is nearly up, no waiting around for 2 hours.
If you have to drink and wait 2 hours at the hospital i advise taking a book!

Ah right, I've got to have my bloods taken, then have the drink, then wait 2 hours, then have bloods taken again.

I'll make sure we stop at a shop for a mag each then lol!

Thank you all for your kind comments regarding Thomas . He is doing very well , taking 9mls of my milk every 2 hours and is tolerating it very well now , had problems with bile acid in the beginning but he did still have his umbilical line in at that time as well which doesn't help .
He now weighs 990 grams , which is approx 2lb 1.8ozs :j so he is putting the weight on , thankfully !

ooh very good! I discovered last night that a full term babies stomach can only hold 5-7mls for the first week or so, thats the size of a marble/malteaser! so he's obviously getting there :T

    Didn't hear/read about the sledge incident? :(

Poor Jade, she's a bit dim and doesn't think before she speaks, but she doesn't pretend she's something she's not and is, IMO, a wonderful Mother to her 2 boys.

I flicked over the TV last week and caught about 5 mins of her programme, she was sitting on the side of the bath, her hair had been falling out, and she just cried....I cried too so had to switch off.

She's just a normal gal despite what is said about her in the media ~ I can't imagine what she is going through, it's just so sad :(

I'm with you Sami - can't stand her but certainly wouldn't wish this on her. I doubt she'll see the end of the year if it's spread that quickly since August :( It's obviously an extreemly aggresive cancer and unless something miraculous happens it's merely a matter of keeping her as comfortable as modern medicine can until such a time as she passes away. 27 years old... so sad.
