Could you not ring them and tell them you can't wait until next month for the replacements and is there anything they can do in the circumstances
for you to order your deals now?0 -
I called on Monday all they suggested was to reissue them I was going to give it to Wednesday as so sure they wld turn up but looks like I will have to ring now tomorrow Its just frustrating as may need them to make up airmiles for booking I am about to make but also need them for days out and restaurant vouchers for the summer especial for our 2 weeks in Devon beg of August. I will be asking what is going to happen about coupons that are going to be out of date I will let you know what they say but I will probably wait until after post turns up one more chance0

Sorry, i don't know the basis for the sequence of the mailings. Sometimes it is geographical - e.g. Nov - London area normally get their's first.
There has to be some sort of division, imagine if they all went out at once - even if the Royal Mail could cope with about 15m., 'Clubcard' couldn't with the number of queries the statements generate, so it has to have some sequence, and why should those who are first one period, be first the next!
Clubcard only deal with the cash vouchers, so they can only reissue those, the priority is to get the cash vouchers out - additions would cost extra time.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Sorry, but not possible AFAIK you need your vouchers for deals - you can't spend your points. Reissue period starts next week - new vouchers should be rec'd by about 8th July.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Thanks.
Yes I can appreciate they have a lot to send out but they do send them out over quite a long period.I have been a clubcard member for years and they have never been as late as this and obviously some people still havn't got them so something has gone wrong here. When I rang I was told I should have had them by then and they organised a re-issue straight away.I personally don't think it is very fair for some people to have had theirs weeks ago and for some to be still waiting and for some people not be able to use the accompanying coupons because they only have a couple of days left on them.
I notice they are in a different format this time -has this got anything to do with the delay I wonder?0 -

Yes I know you can't spend points but I was wondering if Tesco because of the delay might make an exception as a matter of customer goodwill.0 -

Yes and I would be interested to know what would happen in that situation. You are supposed to use them with your clubcard so if they have accepted them without it then presumably they would have to replace them? Perhaps someone could answer that please?0 -
They are not meant to take clubcard vouchers without your clubcard as you may have stolen them etc but usually the member of staff will not even check the name on your card, and if you have a keyfob one then there is no way of checking your name.
