Sorry, posted this in the wrong thread before.
Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but has anyone had any experience of sending in-date reward vouchers back to be credited back to your account.
Basically I coverted my points to days out vouchers but now want to change them to Siblu holiday rewards but don't know how I can do this.
Any help would be really appreciated!
Thanks0 -

I have sent back in date vouchers but they will not exchange them, they credit them back to your account and you get them in the next statement.0 -

That's sounds fine. Do you know where to send them and is their a form to complete.
Sorry for the silly questions...0 -
Really needing advice - FAST!!
I bid online on Ebay for Tesco clubcard vouchers in order to make a eurotunnel booking. I was successful on ebay however the person selling them said she orders the vouchers through her deals and the eurotunnel vouchers will come through with her name on them. I would then need to pay the difference however it would become apparent when we travel that we are not the person whose vouchers they belong to. Can anyone advise? I rather stupidly am paying £44.50 for these vouchers and now they may be of no use to me!!0 -

No probs.
I don't think there is a form to complete at least I didn't do one. I just wrote a letter saying that I would not be able to use the enclosed vouchers and would they please credit them back to my account which they did. I sent it to the same place as usual i.e Tesco Freetime Ltd PO box 654 Crawley RH10 1RG. It does say that they can be returned in the small print at the back of the clubcard booklet. I always photocopy mine
and send recorded delivery if they are of any significant value.0 -

Hopefully someone will come on here and answer you that has done this before and can advise you, but I would have thought this is a bit risky. The terms and conditions do say they are not transferable but I suppose it would all depend on how much notice of this is taken when the booking is made.(presumably you would have to make a booking in your name and send the tokens off to them or do you just turn up and hand them in at the time ?)You may be ok but they would be within their rights to refuse to allow you to use them. A lot of vouchers are sold on ebay so perhaps in reality you might be ok.
Perhaps you could ask the seller if you have any problems making your booking if she will refund you(she can always get the points credited back to her account)0 -
Hi anyone else still waiting on their clubcard statements to turn up because I am, I rang on Monday and they were going to reissue them but would cancel ones apparently in post but I was waiting on these as am abt to bk a holiday with airmiles for next year as soon as all the may flights become available and might need to change some vouchers up obviously if they reissue that is going to take several weeks again and when you change them into airmiles it takes 28 days to process on to account and worried flights go fast never done airmiles bkg before. So I said I would wait until Wednesday before cancelling now worried they may be lost or stolen it was for a large amount too it would put my mind at ease if many others are still waiting on theirs0

Mine arrived today.I rang them on saturday and they said they were going to reissue them but I think they must be the original ones.I am not very happy as some of the vouchers inside have an expiry of 13 June and I have just done a big shop so will not be able to use them.
I was worried as mine was a large amount as well and I didn't want any problems with them being stolen /lost.0
