    To: Any -

I was reply to your message 312, which was just an agreeing reply to 311. Yes, there was a comment about the 6th June cut off date, but I thought I gave some extra detail.
I'll try to avoid 'quoting' you in future.

Has anyone had a problem with points disapearing? Just got our vouchers in the post this morning and only got £1  I know we definatly had at least 10 times that amount, especially as we seem to pop in tesco nearly every day and always use our clubcard. I have been trying to find a receipt from before the points got took off but with no luck. What can I do about it?

Has anyone ever received two clubcard statements before? I received two in the post this morning, i opened them both thinking they would be identical and that maybe they had duplicated it by mistake but they are different. One has a £1 clubcard voucher and the other a £5 clubcard voucher in it. The extra points vouchers that come with the statments are different too. I'm a bit confused as to why i've received two statements as i definitely only have one clubcard!

Assuming, as you said they are both 'clubcard' and not cc & tesco bank; then maybe you did an internet order recently - Tesco Diect, when you didn't give your clubcard no. When this happens, the system makes up what is called a 'virtual card'. So although you may think you only have one clubcard, you may have more! If you wish to link them together, give clubcard a call and they can track the other one down, and merge with the physical card you have.

I think you left it a tad too late to order them in the first place. Any vouchers can get lost in the post and Tesco have something like 3-4 weeks to send them out. They must be very busy now as well with issuing new vouchers.

I know this doesn't help, but pls next time give yourself a bit of extra time. I am sure if they don't turn up Tesco will credit them back to your account if you ask - I realise that doesn't help with paying for the entry either, but at least you won't loose your hard saved up vouchers.

I have had restaurants tokens lost once... when they didn't arrive after 2 weeks in post (since receiven email confirmation of despatch) Tesco immediately issued new ones. It happens.

I do keep my fingers crossed for you, hopefully they will arive by Friday!!

    Hi all,

Thank you so much for your suggestions/help as this was the first time I have ordered anything via Tesco Clubcard I assumed that 2 weeks was ample time.

I have since phoned Tesco customer services again and got the same answer, that they won´t investigate the fact that they have been lost in the post until 2 weeks after DESPATCH. I have also sent 2 emails to customer services and not had 1 reply!

I think if any of you want to order anything from Tesco Clubcard I advise you order 1 month in advance just in case. Its Friday and still no admission to Alton Towers and no email from Tesco, so we won´t be going thus I have lost my coach money and have one upset little boy.

I realise that it is probably not Tescos´ fault per se however the lack concern/help shown by customer services and the fact that they haven´t even bothered to answer my emails is not the way to treat customers so I will be taking my alleged valued custom elsewhere.

i see you are annoyed at what has happened, but in no way can you lay any blame with tesco. Tbh, you have rung them a few times now, and been given the same answer. you have emailed them again with the same questions. perhaps the staff are actually on the ball, and have checked records and seen that you have been given an answer to your question, so arent bothering to reply to every single query you send them, seeing as the matter has been dealt with to the best of their ability.

or, did you really mean, that if you kept hounding them, they would relent and resend your vouchers, and since this hasnt happened, you are now p!$$3d at the service you have received?

however, there are so many discount vouchers around for Alton Towers, that the cash price you would need to pay, could easily be brought down, and you could afford to go. just wondering since this is a coach trip, did the organisers not arrange a group discount for entry, as that might put it within your budget too?

To be honest I always had brilliant experience when phoning/emailing them, but I am not surprised they haven't answered the same question 5 times as the new vouchers were just mailed/are actually still being mailed and they must be swamped with phone calls and email at the moment.

Also "delayed in post" is normal every day occurance and if they didn't account for these possibilities they would be sending out second lot of vouchers right, left and centre and people would be milking it.

Post office themselves actually have 28 days!! wait for your package before you can claim, so 2 weeks that Tesco gives you is very generous.

I think you are overreacting a little. There is many reasons why not to shop at Tesco, but this one is just stupid. You only have yourself to blame here.

I must say this is unusual. I used to receive mine in a couple of days but I have noticed it taking a little longer lately, usually about a week.I think it depends when you order them. Obviously, if you order just after you receive the vouchers then chances are there will be a delay because lots of other people will be ordering as well.I can't complain about the scheme. We have had lots of weekends away, days out, furniture(MFI), chocolate etc. for a fraction of the cost.

I also have been lucky with customer services.I recently ordered a book that arrrived damaged and as it was a present they sent me out a replacement before I had returned it.They replied to my email by ringing me up and discussing it with me.I was most impressed.
