    Hello!

I am new to the forum, so sorry if I am posting this incorrectly or it has already been mentioned. I have searched for a thread on BA miles V Airmiles.

Having looked on FlyersForum there is a post form 2004 but nothing recent.

I am unsure if I should convert my clubcard points to Airmiles or BA miles and which ones to continue collecting via crediT cards etc?

    Any advice please?

    Thank from a novice!

I'm still waiting for my vouchers which is quite unusual as they never take this long to arrive and usually arrive before my credit card vouchers. Glad to see there are others still waiting!

I got my credit card vouchers first this time too - still waiting for the normal ones.

Hmm, that just sounds like fault on their system... There isn't that much you can do until they repair it!!
Do you not have the brochure that comes once a year with the vouchers with the full list of rewards? There on the last page is a form for exchanging vouchers for rewards via post.

    The page before last.

    Hi all,

I am hoping some one can help. A week and a half ago I ordered some Alton Towers passes (x2) however they haven't arrived. I gave Royal Mail the benefit of the doubt and left it until after Bank holiday week end just in case they had been delayed but still nothing from them today.

I have phoned Tesco and a not very helpful person said there was nothing they could do until 7th June then they could investigate. Unfortunately I need them by 5th June because that is when I am going. I don't drive and we have a coachtrip booked through work ( I live 150 miles away!) and thought it would be a nice treat for my son as we can't afford to "get out much" and on top of it will lose the money I paid for the coach if I can't go. I am really upset as I really wanted to take him but can't afford the entrance fee and don't know what to do. I haven't ordered anything via points before is this the norm? Or is it a case of some tea leaf having a free day at Alton Towers? Has this happened to anyone else? What was the outcome?

    Thank you

Vouchers used to take 3-4 days with no problems. I recently had a batch take 3 weeks, my neighbour is currently waiting for some ordered 10 days since.
Not much help, but just wanted you to know that this seems to be happening more often. There is still chance, hope you get them before you go.

Did you do that over the internet or the phone. On the 'net the increments are now £2.50 so not possible. In the olden days theyused to be £1.25 which was great for days out vouchers.
Neither, I always order on the manual paper form they send with the deals. Then I photocopy my order and send by 1st class recorded delivery, (£1.15). So the pizza deal and days out thing I did was posted when the last lot of deals were sent out around Feb. The £15 coupon I sent off was a multiple of £2.50 and they just split it how I asked £35/£25.
I sent off my latest order by rec. del. on 25/5/10 pm and I've received the deals tokens today 1st June. The Tesco letter accompanying the deals is dated 27/5/10, so allowing for the BH Weekend, its taken 4 working days from them getting my order to me getting my deals.
    Can't complain about that.
Re Summer cherries' dilemma - ring them back, I had a query on the above order and they seemed to be able to acces the order online and discuss it. Tell them its urgent and then ask to speak to a supervisor, if you don't get any joy
Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)
It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound in weight. Target 13 lbs weight loss. 18.5lbs lost 2nd May - 28 September.

I think you left it a tad too late to order them in the first place. Any vouchers can get lost in the post and Tesco have something like 3-4 weeks to send them out. They must be very busy now as well with issuing new vouchers.

I know this doesn't help, but pls next time give yourself a bit of extra time. I am sure if they don't turn up Tesco will credit them back to your account if you ask - I realise that doesn't help with paying for the entry either, but at least you won't loose your hard saved up vouchers.

I have had restaurants tokens lost once... when they didn't arrive after 2 weeks in post (since receiven email confirmation of despatch) Tesco immediately issued new ones. It happens.

I do keep my fingers crossed for you, hopefully they will arive by Friday!!
