Just wondering should i have received my vouchers from may yet? My points balance dropped by 9950 earlier this month but i've still not received them!

I didn't get them yet either and loads of people on the other board are reporting non arrival yet too.
  • Hi all,

I am hoping some one can help. A week and a half ago I ordered some Alton Towers passes (x2) however they haven't arrived. I gave Royal Mail the benefit of the doubt and left it until after Bank holiday week end just in case they had been delayed but still nothing from them today.

I have phoned Tesco and a not very helpful person said there was nothing they could do until 7th June then they could investigate. Unfortunately I need them by 5th June because that is when I am going. I don't drive and we have a coachtrip booked through work ( I live 150 miles away!) and thought it would be a nice treat for my son as we can't afford to "get out much" and on top of it will lose the money I paid for the coach if I can't go. I am really upset as I really wanted to take him but can't afford the entrance fee and don't know what to do. I haven't ordered anything via points before is this the norm? Or is it a case of some tea leaf having a free day at Alton Towers? Has this happened to anyone else? What was the outcome?

    Thank you

    Hi Summercherry,

Maybe it's worth you ringing again and speaking to someone else in the deals department? I have a funny feeling the guy said he couldn't help until the 7th June as he thought you meant the clubcard vouchers which are currently being sent out and not the deal vouchers. I know the 6th/7th June is the deadline for the clubcard vouchers to be sent out.

Hi, I hope soemone can help and advise please?

ive just had my renewal through from green flag (recovery plus is what we are on). This has gone up by £36.75 since last year. However ive noticed that you can use your clubcard vouchers and purchase recovery for the RAC. Ive NEVER traded any of my vouchers in as i always used them against my shopping. (wrong thing to do i know) The offer they are doing that looks good (not really understanding) is reference P8000 £28. Does this mean the car is covered for both me and my husband? or is it per person? and i hope im reading it right. that this covers roadside break downs and recovery to any where in the uk? because the rac roadside will only recover you for 10 miles then you have to pay to be towed? We dont go abroad with the car so its just uk and the kids cant drive yet. (what would this cost if we went direct to rac instead of using vouchers?)Any help and advise would be great.
    Thanks
Things will get better day by day.

Wonder if someone can answer my question before I call Tesco tomorrow.

I've ordered some Goldsmiths vouchers and got confirmation that the order had been accepted. I was expecting it to tell me that the Clubcard Vouchers needed sending off to a certain address within a few days but instead nothing.

Is that it? Has it cancelled the vouchers as I typed in the code from each one?

That's it - you can throw vouchers in the bin. Entering the code is enough to use them.

Thanks. I'll hang on to them until the vouchers come.

Then I can send them to person I sold them to on Ebay!

At least that would give them a good reason for negative feedback :rotfl:

In that case, sorry, but you'll need a little more patience as they could be with you anytime between the 19th May & the 6th June (providing Clubcard have your correct address), if you still don't have them after that, then they should be in a position to arrange a re-issue = del 2nd week in July!
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard

Did you mean to quote me? You keep quoting me and answering questions I did not ask... I was telling the person that he is not the only one. The other thread (I was refering to) says exactly what you just said and as I already read it obviously I know the answer.
