Don't worry folks, they take at least 2 weeks to get out to everyone. I have 3 statements to this address, have only received 2 so far.

Don't panic, they don't all get sent out at the same time - as Tesco would get overloaded with the 'queries'. They may arrive anytime between the 19th May & 6th June. As long as Tesco have your correct address, you should have them between those dates. If not, or if you have moved, 'phone after for a 're-issue' - for early July.

I'm still waiting for my vouchers which is quite unusual as they never take this long to arrive and usually arrive before my credit card vouchers. Glad to see there are others still waiting!

Did you do that over the internet or the phone. On the 'net the increments are now £2.50 so not possible. In the olden days theyused to be £1.25 which was great for days out vouchers.

Hi all
I don't know if anyone can help but i am having problems trying to set up an online tesco account for my dad, he has a tesco credit/clubcard and receives vouchers every quarter but i cannot set him up online so that we can exchange for deals. I have even tried pretending to buy something from direct but it will not accept his details.
I tried phoning tescos 8 times last week within an hour and was cut off, given mis-information, transferred to warranties and still no further forward, any one have any ideas as i need to order days out vouchers for the end of June.

Whan you say you tried to set him up online - what exactly did you do? Did you go to sign in/register and filled all the details and then nothing happened? Or did it post some message?
