Mine arrived today.I rang them on saturday and they said they were going to reissue them but I think they must be the original ones.I am not very happy as some of the vouchers inside have an expiry of 13 June and I have just done a big shop so will not be able to use them.

I was worried as mine was a large amount as well and I didn't want any problems with them being stolen /lost.
Thats what I was worried about especially as remember reading recently on a thread on here that someone had their's used and couldn't do anything about it. Your ones that have turned up would be the originals as you only rang Saturday they wldn't have had time to reprint after all its taken them 4 weeks until now to get the originals to us. I would ring about vouchers that have expired and complain they may credit you with them. Thats why I have held off having mine reissued because of the hassle. I have noticed that because there is alot on there and they issue it in a booklet form I wonder if this is the reason for the delay where as the other account only had £22 comes in the original form and I recieved them over 2 weeks ago and it was the same last quarter too although they have never ended up later than the deadline before

Hi anyone else still waiting on their clubcard statements to turn up because I am, I rang on Monday and they were going to reissue them but would cancel ones apparently in post but I was waiting on these as am abt to bk a holiday with airmiles for next year as soon as all the may flights become available and might need to change some vouchers up obviously if they reissue that is going to take several weeks again and when you change them into airmiles it takes 28 days to process on to account and worried flights go fast never done airmiles bkg before. So I said I would wait until Wednesday before cancelling now worried they may be lost or stolen it was for a large amount too it would put my mind at ease if many others are still waiting on theirs
Yes, you are right the reissue process does take time - approx arrival time 8th July. Now, the reissue period starts next week, so if they don't arrive by all means call then.

Yes, they are the 'originals', It might be wise to use at least a small one, so when who you spoke to starts to do the reissue, they can see it has been used with your clubcard no - otherwise it may get cancelled and reissued as per your Saturday instructions!

Generally reissues commence next Monday (14th), but some did get done last Monday, before the system 'crashed'.

Thanks for info. I presume you work for Tesco then.I was wondering why they seem to be so late this time for some people. Can you tell me when they reissue them if they send new spend and save coupons again as the ones I have received now do not give me much time to use them.
  • I bought some Tesco money-off coupons from ebay (£4 off a £40 spend) but now I'm wondering whether I can use them. They have someone else's name on them and say to use them with you clubcard. Can I use them with my own club card? If not can I just say I forgot my clubcard and use them without one?

They are not meant to take clubcard vouchers without your clubcard as you may have stolen them etc but usually the member of staff will not even check the name on your card, and if you have a keyfob one then there is no way of checking your name.

BTW if you don't mind me asking what did you pay for them?

I don't know about the normal checkouts but on the selfservice whenever I have used a clubcard coupon it will not accept it until I have swiped my card.

I paid £5 for a total of £14 of money-off coupons. Not a bad deal if they work but now I'm feeling doubtful! I'll give it a try and see what happens.
