I'm still waiting until October, as I would have to wait until August anyway before I could apply for Vanquis, because you have to leave it 6 months between applications.

You have been. I would be extremely surprised if they declined you now.

They wouldn't of wasted their time sending you a CCA if they were going to decline you.
