They are famous for crappy customer service - i'm sure you know all about that, given the info on the forums!

I've replied to your Private message.
I agree Chelsea were very lucky! Saying that I'm glad your mob are out!
Maybe it's their year. I hope not. If United don't win it, (which I dowt) I want Barcelona to win it.
Will reply to ur PM in a min.
In a strange way, i am pleased Liverpool are out, because now Liverpool can focus on the remaining premier league games. I do think we can win all of them, apart from tricky games vs Arsenal at home, and away vs West Ham.
Man Utd WILL drop points, so it is really dependable on Liverpool winning all the games if we secure the league title.0 -

Yes I do have an Electron card.
A Visa debit doesn't come as standard on the Abbey account. You may get either card.
You have to have over £500 per month to qualify for a Visa debit on an Abbey account.
I have just started to do that. By adding the extra money required.
Does that make it clear. :rolleyes:0 -

I don't think they would be willing to offer you a CC if you are not using as your main bank account with salary or credits going in. How much is little money are you prepare to credit each month?0 -

Excuse me! I never said that mate, if anything i'd have commented that basic accounts should not be linked to behavioural score because they are basic and not credit scored, behavioural scores are for credit related products so thinking logically, why would you build up a behaviour score if say you have a ccj only 1yr old? The score would be irrelevant because the ccj would knock you back every time.
I think you'll find that basic accounts are not directly behaviour scored like normal current accounts. For a fact, HSBC are not.2010 - year of the troll

I opened a Abbey basic account in 2005. I never used it.
In November last year I swapped from Yorkshire bank to Abbey because my Yorkshire branch is too far away.
I started having my money paid in and they upgraded me to an Instant Plus. I got an Electron card on my Instant Plus in January.
At the end of February I was upgraded again to the Abbey PODR (preferred overdraft rate) but I still have an Electron card and I want a Visa debit 3in1.
I asked again today, but this incompetent girl said I had to wait 3 clear months between applications or the system will keep turning me down. That's total bullsh*t! :mad:0
