I know. They are unbelievable on times. This is in the branch as well not a call centre.

I couldn't speak to the girl I know in there as she was busy, I spoke to another one and this girl was useless. The pure incompetence of her was ridicules.

You have to leave 3 clear months between applications. That's a complete lie.

I applied 3 times a month for my Electron card when I still had my cash card. I never left that 3 months more like 3 days before I finally got one.

That particular incident today really annoyed me!! :mad:

Speak to your normal person, I feel that it is always better to deal with one person as you build a repour and also they know what they have promised you
