Its been down for months now - since at least december (I applied end of Nov) when I applied and got straight decline but back then all that was on my report was baddies and bear in mind they are the ONLY CRA to exclusively use Call Credit...... which to be honest says it all, we all check our reports but how many of us actually report with Call Credit and check their reports? I've never - can't wait to see their SAR when it arrives.... should be interesting reading..... :j

Mate remember lenders may see something you can't such as Hunter/CIFAS or even one of Call Credit/Equifax could be to blame?

Remember even though they use Experian, they do search Equifax as well as secondary search....

Please don't trust Lee too much, he remind me of what the yanks call a snake! He will slither his way out of almost everything.... he accidently sent me a copy of an email he'd sent a colleague totally slagging me off which was hilarious to read but even funnier when I hit him with a SAR and asked for all personal emails from his system to be included and when he asked why (via email) I sent an extract of this email and he aint replied since.... guess he knows he's made a huge boob-boob.

Makes me laugh though, he shouldn't get too involved - maybe he ought to just do his job and stop going that extra mile.....

Getting too personal means he is acting with an opinion which is not allowed in the CRA game.....

What did it say? I would love to read that.

For Tesco? How odd, they even gave me a referral acceptance (later declined) and my file is a mess.....

This is what I was saying NID - I don't know how / why you get accepted for so much!

Cif, can I use your letter please?
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

NID - Is your appeal letter the same as cif? Would like to combine the both as they are both excellent...

remember a lot of the 'junk' is not mine and decent lenders must see this. I have like 5 active accounts and maybe 50 searches that are mine. As it is such a mess with different dispute text against different things the lenders must see the difference? I dunno mate - its only usually the RBS cards that accept me then write and decline at later date so in effect i'm not being accepted am I?
