    My appeal letters should have got to CapitalOne and BarclayCard yesterday, so just awaiting a response.

    I just thought today that I never put a reference number, only my name and address on the letter. Hoping they'll be able to find my details....

    They should be able to find you. The reference number would of made it easier.

    I would say they would be able to find you based on your name and address. Why not give them a ring and ask them if they have received your letters?
