My appeal letters should have got to CapitalOne and BarclayCard yesterday, so just awaiting a response.

I am a Monument customer, they open an application window once every six months then close it after about a month.Does anyone have a Monument card? They are not taking any applications online for some reason, yesterday was the same. Have they stopped lending?
