As it is such a mess with different dispute text against different things the lenders must see the difference? I dunno mate - its only usually the RBS cards that accept me then write and decline at later date so in effect i'm not being accepted am I?

you wouldn't mention that in an appeal mate? Why would you? If that was truth then you need to add notice of correction on CRA and take a print so they can see that you're dealing with it etc and not just saying that to them....
Thus they ask for 3 months bank statements in an appeal, not copies cos its easy to lie (if you wanted to)2010 - year of the troll

Please see my previous post re tesco decsions. I didn't fail there score ( which is when they ask for statements ) I failed because it showed ADVERSE. I need to prove the ADVERSE isn't mine and has been dealt with buy Experian & the providers.Bank Accounts - Barlcays Premier[/B] - £1000 o/d, HSBC - £200 o/d- First Direct - £500

yea but his opinion does not count and does not matter and any lender will also restrict this because he does not have an opinion in the eyes of the law.
He simply has to use the facts that are in front of him, what he thinks doesn't come into things.
In the email I got a copy of, he basically accused me of 1st class fraud - funny cos I sent a letter showing my old landlord rent and a copy of council tax bill etc for previous address - to finish the fight I sent a copy of a letter from my solicitor confirming I sold the house and the amounts! Lee still 'thinks' I lived at the address I never!
Funny eh?
Thats what opinions do......2010 - year of the troll

Right to prove adverse isnt yours then you declare it isnt and send a copy of each file pointing out the errors.
Thats all i'd do mate..... as for letter from experian, this won't have any weight cos tesco will say the same as me - who is Lee to decide what is factual or not, there is a process and this is called a notice of dispute/correction.2010 - year of the troll
