    Hi

    I have started reading through this thread as I am repairing my credit history (or trying to).

    I have just applied for Marisota & Shoe Tailor and been given £125 credit on each. I intend to buy 1 item from each and then make pay off when the bill arrives.

    What else can I do which would help? Or where else should I look?

    Great to hear it works! Got the G1 phone - any comments? I have no clue, but they didn't have the Blackberry in stock, and clearly I am not patient enough to wait. The picture looked nice!!:confused:

    Have you tried Vanquis fo a credit card?

    Yes - just - but got a message saying they could not make an instant decision and would contact me in 10-14 days - not sure what that means. Probably be a NO!

    Or try Barclaycard Initial
