I assume that the will upgrade you now they see your worthiness. Its mad because I can get cheque guarnetee cards no problem...... Do natwest offer pre-approvals?
As far as I'm aware they use some form of internal scoring but not sure how it works.
My wages go in fortnightly, I have savings, no bounced cheques or direct debits so shouldn't be seen as too bad of a risk  Also pay £12.95 per month for the account.

Brian have you asked for one?

You can go into a branch put up a Servicecard 100 application form and they should send you one.

If I were you I would apply for one if they say no then go to Lloydstsb or Barclays maybe even HSBC.

Hi Sutton.. Not applied for one yet, hardly ever go to branch, do everything online but need to try.
Have thought of applying to Llloyds as my experian is relatively good, Barclays rejected me last year but again I have lots more POSITIVE history now which should help.

Try applying on-line for a classic account with Lloyds it can't do no harm.

I was with Natwest for years and they wouldn't give you the steam off their pi*s.

You are probably right there. Applied for credit card and overdraft with Natwest online, BIG FAT NO each time. May give it one last shot, main problem is they seem to Equifax first, my Equifax is worse than Experian.. Still trying to get duplicate Cabot default removed without much success

I've had the pleasure of having a default with Cabot . They duplicated one on my Credit file one from my old address and one from my new address, I got i removed by filling an on-line dispute with Equifax.

Have you filled out an on-line dispute? If they say no after 28 days report them to the ICO.

If you can proof it's a duplicate you could even go to the County Court to have it removed.

It really annoys me that the CRA's believe the companies over the consumers.
