I think the mods here need to actually ask for a card before allowing membership, that will weed you out.

You lose a discussion because someone has more common sense than you and as a result you have to start trying to link them with people that were banned/left? You're a joke.

For a member of just 10 days yourself you really do seem to have been in a disproportionate amount of disputes / slanging matches.

Perhaps it's time to give all this a rest, surely wasting the site's resources and capacity with all this tit for tat rubbish is no help to anyone.

I have closed my vanquis account and it says settled on my credit file. I asked them to send a letter in writing to say that the account is closed but I have not received it yet do I still need a letter if it says settled on credit file

CIF thanks for the reply the other day re me getting my PO CC and cancelling my sub-prime cards.Just needed some conformation I was doing the right thing with the balance transfers and closing the 2 sub-prime cards.

They sent me a letter a week or two after the account showed settled on Equifax.

When you cancel a Vanquis how long does it take until it shows as "settled" on experian?? thanks
