Hi. Just to update, have still not received first bank statement, so no further forward with CRA's.:mad: Should have rec'd it, so ordered another, should be here this week.
Re savings Cif, have you noticed the 7% regular saver ISA with Saffron BS. Don't know where you live - they have closed it to all but those locally to the BS branches until it disappears completely on Friday. Was looking at it for my mum, but she is in Scotland so no go. You have to put in £25-300 monthly and can vary the amount.
Just a thought if you are looking to save regularly.

Thanks for this - I have known them for years and I do try and help them - and when She told me this was happening ,I didnt think this was right - anyway I did what you advised and I think its sorted now.

So do you think it is not worth looking at these kind of deals in terms of the fact you are locked in for a year?0
