    Alrite mate?

U know all these guys on CAG, well UK26 is actually taking Experian and Lowells to court and has been told (proof on protected pages within CAG to exclusive people only due to secrecy and staff from experian etc going on to spy) that the outcome is going to change the way CRA's operate in the future.....

watch this space, i'll keep you all posted but to be honest it seems as though this will be big news. He is primarily fighting that the CRA's must get our permission prior to publishing it. Wikkid!:T

Why is he taking them to court?

    Will it change things though?

I have a contracted mobile with T-mobile N95 8GB but I want an Iphone. I haven't tried CPW yet. I'm going to wait until September anyway.

he's taking them to court to argue that they are in direct breach of DPA because he doesn't want them processing his (key word is his) data publicly. He has a point, if we write and say stop then stop they should.

Trust me, this is serious mate. Put it this way, lawells (that DCA in leeds) appeared at court with a barrister in tow trying to act clever and got told to prepare for crown court and a hefty loss! LOL

I say great - the CRA's will be fighting to stop this cos it will change the way they process our data. What is unique is that we, the other forum members there, fund his legal fees by all chipping in some cash via paypal each payday. It works cos he has a fine legal team behind him.....

watch this space mate - I thought you went on CAG? Google UK26 v Experian and you see what I mean!

Ok... fair point but iPhone aren't that great... loads of problems. I got one and prefer my N96. Much better phone IMO.

When you text it waits until the cursor stops blinking before you can input next letter etc... thats a big flaw. I also had the Samsung Omnia and thew it across the room in anger cos it is GARBAGE! That was a waste of a £500 phone! Insurance dealing with it now after I accidently dropped it out the car window when we were driving along! It was in my hand and for some silly reason I let go! (now thats an excuse and a half!)

Its different, can't compare because one is designed to save money and one is designed to beat the system using legalities and flaws in the system. I like both sites but been a member of CAG lot longer and understand the schematics and why it exisits therefore I do like it. Put it this way, if you want to get your default removed i'd go there. This site is too honest for its own good at times, which isnt a bad thing but like I say - the two sites offer different end results and help.:A
