    That is what they said to me back in 2007, then a CCA droped on the door mat a week later.

    A bit of both Ged.

    My Brother applied a few months back and got declined after receiving a similar message. But my mate applied got the same message and was accepted, it doesn't mean a decline nor an accept. HTH :D
